Use Exercise to Avoid Varicose Veins

Remember not to sit or stand still for too long. Move around regularly and take breaks. Move your legs, ankles and feet, or get up and do some light walking. Exercise does not have to be rigorous to provide substantial benefits against the development of varicose veins.
